How to enter or edit the base sales price for an item:
- Open Retail > Retail items > Retail items;
- Select the retail item and open it;
- On General tab look at part Base sales price;
- There are the fields Price and Price including tax;
- These are called the Base sales price for the item.
- Price, this the base sales price not including tax.
- Price including tax, this is the base sales price including tax.
Note: The fields Price and Price including tax work together; when one of them changes, the other is updated.
